The Position:

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Assistant Property Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Advertising apartments online and writing copy
• Scheduling appointments for the leasing team
• Relaying maintenance requests to staff
• Answering telephones
• Distributing information to prospective tenants
• Helping show people great places to live
• Other real estate related tasks

Requirements:

• A friendly, reliable, self motivated person
• Must have a driver's license and vehicle
• Strong computer skills
• Sales ability
• Excellent oral and verbal communication abilities
• Business casual
• Server/sales Experience
• Ability to create bonds with people High school diploma or equivalent.

Typical duties involve:

• Prepare leases and renewal leases
• Answer phones
• Show Apartments
• Market the units
• Relay messages to maintenance staff and management
• Survey apartments and grounds for any issues. This would involve travel around the Monroeville/North Versailles/Penn Hills area
• Log calls in our software system
• Other reasonable tasks related to property management

You must have your own vehicle to travel to the properties from our office, and excellent computer and phone skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
